The Lightner Connection

The Rambler was the name Henry Flagler gave to his private railroad observation car — the one that rolled from New York to St. Augustine at the height of the Gilded Age. We borrowed it because it captures something we believe: that the best coffee isn't rushed, and the best service moves to meet you.

Suite 120 of the Lightner Building — the former swimming pool of the Alcazar Hotel, one of Flagler's finest — is our counter and our courtyard. Catering, to us, means we bring that courtyard to your meeting room, your office, your event. The drinks named for The Old St. Augustine and the Coastal Line don't change because they left the building.

We serve downtown St. Augustine, Flagler College, Anastasia Island (across the Bridge of Lions), and the surrounding 5-mile core. Lead time is 48 hours standard; 24-hour rush available.

Full espresso cart for events of 50 or more guests. A Rambler barista runs the cart on-site — live pulls, cold brew, signature drinks. Works for receptions, weddings, photo-shoot crews, corporate galas.
