The Honest Pitch
Two brothers building a coffee shop in a 136-year-old Florida landmark. Pre-launch capital matters. We're not running a crowdfunding campaign — we're inviting the first 100 people who want to be part of this from the beginning to actually be part of it.
The founders wall is real and permanent. It goes up in the courtyard entry before opening day. Your name — or whoever you name — stays there as long as this building stands.
Flagler built the Alcazar because people believed in the vision first. We're looking for the same kind of patron. If you're in St. Augustine, if you want this to exist, now is the moment.

One cup per day, every day, from opening day through your first anniversary. Show your member card.

Opening day. Not signup day. The clock starts when the doors open for the first time and runs for 365 days from there.
No. The membership is named — your name goes on the wall, your member card is yours. It's not transferable or resalable.
Yes. When you sign up, choose "This is a gift" and enter the recipient's name. Their name goes on the wall. You get a confirmation to forward to them when payment goes live.
Yes. Until we actually charge you, there's nothing to refund — you haven't paid. Once payment goes live and you're charged, refunds are available until opening day if plans change.
When Stripe Connect is fully wired for the business. We'll email you the moment we're ready. No charge happens without that notification first.
Spots are reserved in signup order. We charge in that same order. If someone doesn't complete payment, the spot goes to the next person on the list. No spot is final until paid.
