The Rambler is a specialty coffee shop opening in Suite 120 of the historic Lightner Building (Hotel Alcazar, 1888), 75 King Street, St. Augustine, Florida.
Named after the private Jackson & Sharp railroad observation car that carried Henry Flagler to the grand opening of the Hotel Alcazar in 1888, The Rambler anchors its concept in the railroad era that built St. Augustine. Counter-service specialty coffee, pastries, and sandwiches served inside one of the most photographed buildings in Florida — co-located with the Lightner Museum and St. Augustine City Hall, steps from Flagler College on King Street. The Rambler is a pre-opening brand founded in 2026 by Michael Scine and his brother.
